We have not been fishing much . The next to new lund boat open bow mercruiser 470 heats up and we don't know what else to do we have done so many things to it but crush it with the hoe lol. The other boat got a carb kit and still wont run we are frustrated .The row boat still floats that is what we will have to use .It wont be long we will be motor experts lol. the BLUE WATER AND THE LUND WILL BE FOR SALE VERY SOON . One fish since april not very good and my hubby got that one well this week hope is better luck .

You will often find a cover over the water inlet. It keeps dirt and things from getting in when not in the water...If it is not removed, it will also keep the water out when using the boat and without water your engine will over heat.

Is the other boat a key start? If it is, have you connected the key chain to it's safety pin? The key should have a chain or spriny type cord with a plastic hook on the other end. That hook goes onto a spring loaded pin so that you don't loose the key...That pin is also a kill switch, if the key is not connected to it, the engine will not start.

The blue water is running now moved the float runs good . The lund boat well its going to take some big cash to fix that old girl .wish he never saw that one .
