It was safely released on the same spot..Weighing in at 27kg, this fish certainly has the potential to pass the 30kg barrier in the near future

In western Europe, carp fishing is big business and the big ones are hard to get...the warm climate in Australië lets them reproduce in lange nummers which isn't the cas in Western Europe.

yeh Gunther they eat all our native fish,if you ever get out here please remember "not" to put back ok. We have a fish called Murray Cod that grow like your carp.
