If you are looking for fishing spots and stuff like that then I'll suggest this local blog DohaSea.com. If you are looking for charters then these two companies might be useful qatar-ventures.com and Qittour.com.

Also our website might be useful as well to find and book fishing charters around the world, however we are not active yet in Qatar www.fishfishme.com
