I guess this does not apply to our friends up north. They are freezing apparently, according to some news reports.

How are you coping with this heat wave. At first I thought, yeah it's summer. They always call "heat wave" when summer arrives...But this is now a real heat wave.

I managed to find a camp near Cootamundra NSW. Managed to get the caravan, the car and my shower tent under a nice young gum tree. So I have shade...Well, the side of the caravan gets full sun late afternoon...Even in the shade I am hitting very close to 45+c.

But I have water near by. So I am able to use the shower pump to hose things down a few times each day. Then have a nice COLD shower in the evening.

How are you guys coping?
