Two brown-mottled groupers lie on a paved surface next to a blue mesh keep-net, with two orange foam floats attached to its drawstring. The fish have thick bodies, large heads and pale blotchy patterns typical of hamour caught in the Arabian Gulf. No angler is visible; the catch is simply laid out on the stone/concrete ground in daylight.
