it is a shovel nose shark.....Australian fish and chip shops
call it flake.( mostly in Melbourne it is considered good eating by some )

I used a pilly
with a trebble in it's mouth and the line running
up through the body and out the tail. a medium overhead reel on a
ugly stick with 15kg mono.
