You are welcome , & yes they are good on the plate.... Slightly poach the fillets & finish off with a light (packet) chicken curry sauce & Julien carrot, broccoli florettes vegetables & serve with a nutty brown rice.

Yummy! Chicken curry sauce is a good idea. Good fish dishes always need some form of sauce to complete the dish.
