It's not easy to tell from the photo, but it looks like a dusky flathead. If caught in NSW the min length is 36cm and only 1 over 70cm with a total bag limit of 10. There is no possession limit...Bluespotted and tiger flathead is min 33cm with no max length, bag limit of 10 and possession limit is 20.

It was 63 cm so well under the throwback limit of 70
