ottawa river in ontario canada

we are trying for white fish just don't know where on the lake now .lost of people got their limits and we are not getting any what do you use .we are fishing snipe lake in alberta and we are nubes to we catch pike and one perch and more pike. need some good advice and the proper lures got the giging down please help
