They prefer mooneyes and suckers to walleye any day :)

On the St. Clair River and lower Lake Huron they steal our silver bass and walleye as we're reeling them in. Did you release it or do you eat them?

They hit them when you reel them in because they only because look wounded and that's easy pray.
Trophy fish should be always released! It would be insane to kill fish like this.
