Thanks Brian. This size is unusual but MNR says there are bigger ones. Average this year has been around 3 pounds. Great eating. If you get on to K target the islands.

Thanks for the advise. We fish north of Thessalon off hwy 129 in the small lakes, Lots of fun there too. Now and then we get a few speckled trout too. Have fun. Brian
