We use orange juice also for the base of shrimp ceviche

Try the Pop corn!!! You will love it. Fried plantain chips crushed on top of the ceviche is great too

Red onions cured with lemons and a bit of water on a separeted bowl then add them on top of the fish ceviche just before serving.
