Yes,I have lived in Japan now for more than 11 years now and yes these lady fish come with the tournament as long as you are able to snag a Billfish :) :) :)

Billfish are marlin or sword fish right? Do you need a license to fish in Japan?

Yes, that is correct, Billfish are Marlin,Sword fish,etc. And yes, you do need a license in Japan unless you fish from the shore.
