An awesome catch, man! Is the fish finder rig good for jigging from a boat?

Thanks! I would think the fish-finder rig would not be effective for jigging. I used a 6 oz. egg sinker above a 6/0 double snell rig with a 4" long chunk of cigar minnow. Double snell rig is great for presenting dead bait and the two hooks increase your chances of success. Great for all snapper species, grouper, and larger trigger fish on the bottom.
