A large channel catfish hangs from a rope stringer held in front of an angler wearing blue jeans, with a black-and-tan Rottweiler leaning in to sniff the fish. The catch is dark olive with faint spotting and a long, rounded anal fin. They are standing on a mowed grass lawn with trees and a white house in the background, suggesting a pond or creek bank rather than a boat.
