Great to start them youg Buzz ...good trout fishing in New Zealand too Buzz and the Association encourages youngsters to participate too.. At the Breediding stock hatcheries they provide pools to teach them to fish properly .. great sport..

My Grandson (I actually have two but one is too young yet) is one of the greatest joys in my life. My Grandfather gave me the most wonderful memories and this is what I want to give to my own Grandsons now. Coming from an outdoorsy family fishing played a big part in my life. It was mostly trout fishing but now that I live on Vancouver Island my wife and I are very passionate about salt water fishing.
My Grandson Ethan, pictured, has the bug big time now!! His Dad is not ,uch of an outdoorsman so I tow that line now Something I hope he will pas on to the next generations.
