New to this site, but not to fishing Calcasieu. Looking for other s in the area that fish from the I-10 bridge south to the jetties. Don t see many reports on the internet about my area. I know you guys are out there cause the reds are hitting pretty good , and the specks are starting up. I'am getting lots of Rat Reds in less then 1 ft of water along the grass. And a few nice specks on top water at the 5 to 6' drop first thing in the AM with a good inbound tide. I fish a small pro team 175 so I don t go into Big lake unless the wind is dead calm.
