Wings are very delicious with hot and soy sauce. (Search YouTube) Recipe is very simple. 1. Steam the raywing for 20 mins. 2. Turn off the gas and rest it for 5 mins (closed lids) 3. Pour Soy and chilly sauce. (You have to make your own sauce, sliced leek, garlic, onion, hot chilly, sugar, etc) Wing are very expensive and yummy in South Korea. (much expensive compared to Snapper )

They taste great when they are cooked right. It's a delicacy in Korea. They know how to cook fish in more tasty ways ^^. I personally haven't tried to cook them. I think you need to do some pre-processing before you cook them because of the odor. I am not sure. 🤔.
