hi jerome - i think halibut is much bigger and lives up in the northern hemisphere.
Those are sand flounders. But they are the same family of flat fish.

yeah I used just a standard underwater flounder L.E.D. light to spot them.
Took the photo at night and used a big hand lantern for light :-)
That brought out the colors quite well.
