It looks like a White bass to me.
12 years ago we caught hundreds of them in the St. Clair River across from Port Huron Michigan. A Striper Hybrid s/b a lot bigger.

White bass, we call them Sandie down here in TX. Stripped bass are long with dark stripes, and Hybred bass are broader like white bass but with broken lines dark and light.
