Obviously you haven’t run trotlines on the Mississippi River?? It’s a blast and it’s work.

Gloria we fillet them and they are completely clean of bloodline. Clean white fillets. I prefer cut up battered and fried.

Dip in yellow mustard and roll in cornmeal. Fry at 250 degrees. Oh boy!
