I find carp that size very nice on the braai (barbecue) or smoked. When they are smaller the bones become a bit much. They are also nice smoked or pickled.

bye the way - what bait did you use to catch it? I've been doing a bit of carp fishing a while ago and only had success with corn on a running rig so far.
