Pickled Pike? | Category: Introduce yourself

I've been catching quite a few pike this week and have been saving the pin bone strips for
pickling. I have never eaten pickled fish and was just wondered how many out there really like
the stuff? It will be a week before I can try it and I just hope I'm not wasting a bunch of time
and materials.
