hello, my name is mike and i live on the intercoastal waterway in flagler beach florida.
i am a big kayak fisherman and was wondering why the tides never changed right off the icw? it just stayed extremely low all morning.
is this waht is called a neap tide and is it common?

Hi mate

welcome to fishingreminder.
Yeah neap tide is when the tides stay low.
Spring tides have big tidal differences.

Or - maybe a sign for a coming tsunami ?

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.
