I caught an unknown fish, was really scare to eat so I have to let it go? Any suggestions guys.

next time, take a picture and upload it here in the forum.

I'd say most fish would be eatable - but some might not be very tasty.

It is good to see you are having some luck when you have only just started fishing.

My advice would be, if it is not shown on the chart you posted earlier, then don't eat it. In future if you can take a photo I am sure we can identify it for you.

I don't think it's poisonous - but you'd be having a hard time eating them They'd be hard as rocks.
Maybe for soup stock? I doubt anyone eats them.

Some starfish can be eaten (edible).

However, starfish are filter feeders just like shellfish. So, be careful since your location has high levels of heavy metals.

ya, its winter out here in Hobart, Just following out the fishing calendar, Just to see if it really works. If it does then I will keep following it. Any suggestions guys do the dates and time on website www.fishingreminder.com really works for fishing? How is your experience on that? please let me know guys.
