Mark,
The fishing is a hard slog but can be very rewarding.
Only do Beach fishing have landed snapper,tailor,herring,whiting,mullaway,salmon all good eaters
Very cold just down to 2/5 deg at first light.
Lots of weed creates havoc.Beaches are badly eroded making a decent cast difficult.
But that's the wonderful world of fishing.
