If the high tide time is off on the clock by as much as 3 hours at our location,do I adjust fishing time as well???

The fishing times are calculated independently and should be correct.
You can check if moonrise and sunrise are correct for your location, then the fishing times will also be correct.

Which tide station do you get wrong times for?
Have you tried another tide station that's close by?

Yes the times on the clock and the times below the clock are at least 3hrs ahead of real time high or low tide...
