Is this Cross Lake in Louisiana? I could always catch them by fishing a 2 hook line. A minnow about 1 ft. above the bottom hook ,that was a yellow and black feathered 1/16 or 1/8 oz. jig. Of course I changed them up , if I didn't get a bite. I lived in Shreveport , La. for 6 years. Loved to fish Cross Lake and others in the area.

Then, I moved to Texarkana , Ark. and fished Millwood Lake in Ark. and Wright Patman Lake in Texas and others in this area.
