Hey Mark t. Did you have a chance to make any tacos yet.... Be sure and tell
us all how ya did Im sure thats probably fairly rare in your area and it
would be cool if you became famous for fish tacos and opened a chain of fast food places specializing in that line of food. evrybody I know that like fish
loves fish tacos.

yeah I actually made them - meant to take a photo and then forgot.
They were quite good. I cut the fish into small chunks and then marinated it in
some spicy sauce for half an hour.

Tasted and looked a bit like chicken in the end
I still have have to experiment with it a little to get it perfect.

Would be a nice change to the typical fish and chips shop.

Actually I heard somewhere that those little fish and chip shops make grant money. So a taco fish shop should even top that.

They don't even have taco bell or taco time here.
Really hard to find a decent taco in New Zealand.

So I didnt get a chance to take a pic of the spread to build the tacos but I
did get one of the tacos. We made em out of soft tortillas this time. I
make mine by spreading a little sour cream on the tortilla then a squirt of hot sauce then some fish pieces then some shredded lettuce then some shredded
cheese then some diced tomatoes (or salsa) and another dash of sour cream and
top it off with another squirt of hot sauce. this makes for an easy meal and
with fish,lettuce,tomato,cheese and sour cream its pretty healthy too. I put a
picture below.
