Looks like fishing in Abu Dhabi is fantastic at the moment. Lots of nice photos.
Was just wondering when is the best season of the year to fish in Abu Dhabi?

Yes markt...its the peak season. Nov - Feb is very pleasant.

Yeah seems like lots of fish around and good landbased fishing.

Do you guys need a fishing license or is it free?

hi markt,, we are going for deep sea every friday if ewather is good,, but if big waves we are just going to lulu isaland and meet some queenie or king fish

Is fishing allowed on Lulu island ? If yes are there any designated areas where one can fish ?

Please let me know as i am eager to try my luck there. Fishing in ajman and Sharjah sucks at the moment, i have not got a decent fish in last 45 days.
