Nothing to do with fishing...But it is about to be !!

A friend of mine, Steve, owns one of these...He just happens to be in the area passing through. But I reckon he might be here to stay.

So I went and caught up with him the other day and I said - Hey Steve old mate I want some pictures of me sitting on ya bike wearing the Fishing Reminder T-Shirt...I told him if he says no, I will kick him in the shins...So of course out of fear he said - yeah OK mate.

Steve's bike is a little different to this one. Different paint job. Steve has a half naked woman on his tank. But basically it looks much the same. Steve's has a...wait for it...6.6 litre V8 Chev engine, that is 403 cubic inches!!!!

Steve tells me that at 100 MILES PER HOUR (160kph) you can snap open the throttle and the back wheel will spin and the tire smokes !!!

I would love to give it a spin. But I have not ridden a bike in at least 20 years. At about $120,000 (US) value I reckon if I dropped it, Steve would arrange for me to not have shins or knee caps...so there would be no kicking back !!

Steve went and done something stupid, he got a job !! So I just have to dust off the T-shirt and arrange to meet up on his day off and get some pics.

Apparently there are only 2 of these in Australia.

Steve tells me the biggest problem is the "hoon laws". He has to ride it like a little old lady....Actually, that is fitting ....No, sorry Steve just a joke. But you do have a girls bike...I seen the way it shakes when the engine is just at idle...any girl would love it...No Steve just joking at least let me keep my arms

Yes, that is a German Shepherd in the back ground. If you look closely you will see him under the 5th wheeler...Probably not a good idea to go any where near the bike if Steve is not there...Just saying !!

Just sit on it........doesnt it have wings? I believe they launched one of those from cape canaveral in florida! It ended up in Jay Leno's garage ....he said it was a tomahawk. Actually I think that thing WILL drive on water........its fast enough! Its a murder cycle........wide open throttle til fuel is gone?
I sold the bike to help tthe oldest son get this boat so we could fix it up......might be ready by April or May.
