Today I caught 2 Bass on the same lure. I was fishing a Berkley small fry Bream. When the bait hit the water, the water just exploded. Now this bait is a wake bait, so it runs about 6" underwater. I also caught 9 bass all total. I released all fish alive.

How many people have done this before? I have fished for 65 years. This the 4th time I have caught 2 fish on the same bait at the same time. They broke the tip off of my rod.

that's pretty amazing. I have never caught two fish on one lure.

I caught two fish on the same cast when I was fishing with with a two hook dropper rig. But I think that's probably quite common. But catching them on a single lure is quite something

They must have been really hungry.
I suppose one was hooked at the bottom treble hook and the other at the tail hook of that lure?

I don't think I have ever heard of or seen 2 fish caught on one lure at the same time.

I have caught 4 fish at one time with only two hooks. Sea trout in south Texas at night under lights off a pier. About three or four times in my life. Don't think it will ever be like that again.. Not enough fish now. Fish on each hook then that rapid the other two up with line.

I have caught 3 at one time using a Heddon Chuggar spook. Fishing schooling bass in Lake Talquin Florida. Caught 4 once using the spook and trailing a peck fly tied to the last set of treble hooks. Haven't done that since but it sure is a great memory.
