I am trying to figure out the conversion for best fishing times like what is 00:55 for best fishing times and is it AM or PM, thanks.

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

here is my answer:

Yeah the times are military time (24 hours) so 00:55 is am and 12:55 is pm.
