Hi there

Did you check under email reminder settings, if your location is selected and if the reminders are enabled?
If so then possibly your email provider could be blocking the email. 
Have you checked the spam folder if the reminders might have ended up in there for some reason?

Some of the smaller email provider use outdated spam protection and filter out lots of legit emails.
I never had any problems with the bigger ones like gmail, yahoo, msn, etc
If you got an email with those bigger providers, please contact me and I'll change it.
