Getting too bored in the heat of Riyadh. I always go to eastern province for fishing 2 or 3 times a year as it is about 400 km from here. This time Fishing reminder with its Solunar table has excited me as there were time when I expected to be great fishing but caught none. So let me try this table and see the results with some added techniques of bait preparation. I am planning on 16 and 17th August 2017. So will have to leave like 11:00 pm 15 August. Good luck to all and keeping fingers crossed.

Well no single bite. Temperature is too high I think. No winds. Feels like sauna here. Will not take next but will try with next major at 6pm.

Good luck.

You might be right. If the fish are not used to such heat, maybe they have moved into deeper water...At least you have a bench seat to sit on while you wait

Well no signs even today. All night it was warm. Yesterday the water temperature was 30 degree C. Many fish died and came ashore. It was my first time in 21 years that I saw this quantity of fish died and the apparent reason was very high temperature 44C. It was feeling 53C with humidity.

Also in jubail the temperature for the fast few weeks was soaring high, there were a lot of dead fish on the shore line....

Starting yesterday the weather becoming now little bit mellowed down, i saw some fishing buddies yesterday along the shoreline and got some fish... hopefully we will try also to fish this coming eid holidays....

GOOD LUCK TO ALL

44c - man that's hot. It really is like sauna. I already get a heat shock at 30. Don't know what I would do at 44.

44 degress was just above normal here, during the month of July to Mid august it reaches up to 54 C to 57 C. and the humidity is sometimes 90.

In 1994 I was living in Sydney. 52c was recorded which is the highest ever recorded temp in Australia...Only the recording station was not an "official" recording station.

When I was a kid, I remember the warnings...If it got to 105f (40.5c) we had to leave school and go home. I remember being sent home twice !

I am pretty sure that 44 is enough to kill fish...and cook them
