Hi Markt, just wanted to say thanks for embeding the fillet video on your great site. we'v gotten quite a few views in just 3 or so weeks I hope everyone can use this info. This tecnique can be used on everything from goldfish to mahi or ahi, some fish might require a bigger knife but all the
same principles apply. The only fish that are different are flats like flounder and halibut for obvious reasons and catfish which have a larger ribcage. Looking forward to seeing it in the actual tutorial heading.
