Hi to everyone
I live on the southern coast of NSW, Australia. Have used the solunar clock and found the major and minor times compared well with the 'Angers Almanac' (Australian publication).
The 'best times' are however quite different. Not sure why this is yet.

A big thankyou to the creators of this website. Very well done!
I look foward to using all the other features.

Hi Pkay

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for the thumbs up

The best fishing times are the major and minor times.
Are you referring to the day rating that differs from the Anglers Almanac?

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

ok - it might be a bit different, because I also incorporate the maori fishing calendar in my calculations for the day ratings.

When you look at the fishing calendar - look out for those days with fishing times shown in bold. That indicates they are just after sunrise or before sunset at your location.

The combined effects of sun and moon at those times increases the feeding activity.
These are good days and times to look out for besides the general day rating.
