I couldn't help myself. Had to leave work and go fishing.
Weather was great, day rating was great and major times just before low tide around noon.
Went to my favourite spot at Kawa Kawa Bay, equipped with my kayak and a pack of soft baits.

And as forecasted the bite was on. Even in this currently cold winter weather here in New Zealand the snapper were feeding like crazy in pretty shallow water at only 4-6 meter deep.

The bite was on for about 2 hours and then all went quiet and I went home with a couple snapper and a big smile on my face.
Took only 3 home. But I caught probably another 6-8 good sized ones that I released. Lost track a bit.
One was actually really big and as usual in that moment I couldn't get my touchscreen to work for taking a photo.
Had too much water and slime on my hands I guess. Really need to get myself a go pro camera and install it on my kayak.
