That manequine looks kinda creepy......couldnt you find a live human to model the shirt? Sorry Ive been quiet so long.....had a serious knockdown dragout with some kidneystones.......enough to be in the hospital for a week and get three surgeries.........that was 3.........NOT free. Much better now anyway. It had to be taken care of sooner or later. I must say........it is a nice TShirt!

You think it looks creepy in a Fishing Reminder T-shirt...you should see it in a tutu !!!
That is no good. I hope you are doing well now. Yeah them kidney stones are not much fun. Years ago I had calcium crystals in one kidney which is the start of stones. I didn't need surgery just lots of water but it still took 5 years to recover. The most intense pain I have ever felt.
It is good to hear from you again. Take it easy!
It is a nice T-shirt...

You could marry me...no just jocking
Mark is working on a few ideas. Logistics are posing some issues. I have put forward some suggestions which we are working through.
At this time, cost is an issue. If you wanted one it would be about $70 Australian. We are throwing ideas around to try and get that down to about $20....Do you have any ideas of how to?

Did you see the printer I placed into the topic on the T shirt? they do a very nice job printing on
clothing and its not near 70 Australian per each......yah I know they are a Yankee outfit but you
can order on line and the lower cost of the shirts kinda helps with the shipping. maybe they will
cover shjpping if the order is large enough.....check em out !!! Vistaprint.com it was message 5536
in the post. congrats on 600 Mr. Boat!!

Yes mate. Thanks.
I looked into it and I have passed the info on to Mark.
Vistaprint looks good, but they don't ship world wide. I think it's about 140 countries. However, when I looked into some more I found a couple of companies (sort of opposition to Vistaprint) that look very, very good and one of them ships to every country world wide (except North Korea). It looks like the price might be around $30 Aust (about $25 U.S) and that would be delivered price.
Mark is also looking into another option.
So thanks for your suggestion. If you had not said Vistaprint, I would not have found this other company.

Hey - I just had a look at the image source.
You linked the image from your photobucket account rather than uploading it to the forum.
I guess the link has expired or you don't use your photobucket account anymore?
Anyhow - it's best to use the 'add image' button when posting an image.
Then the image will be stored on the fishingreminder server and those invalid URL's can be avoided.
You can edit your OP and upload the image.

This was the link you used in your OP for the image source: http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e28/Itsaboat/t-shirt_zpsqcdllgof.jpg
When you look at this URL, it still shows your image - but first redirects to another URL with a complete HTML page.
Probably they changed stuff around at photo bucket and the direct image link is now different then it used to be.

Thanks Mark.
I remember now...I opened a PB thingy just for FR. But then I gave up on the idea
I will have to see if I can find the original and put it back in the OP....and I thought it was going to be a quiet rainy weekend

haha - hopefully it was not on that broken hard drive of yours.
Or you could just download the image from photo bucket to your computer and then upload it to FR.

I wish you hadn't have said that...because I think is. Worst thing is, I still haven't found a suitable "doner" drive.
Do you remember that Topic about a year ago ? The bloke was looking for a kelpie pup. He lives in Sydney, North Head Botany Bay, just south of Long Bay.
I don't recall his user name. That is what I was looking for. Just wondering if he is still with us
Posts: 817
yeah I remember - strange I can't find this topic or any related posts either.
Can't remember the user name either - maybe he has deleted his account since then.
Yeah, maybe...Or maybe someone else deleted his acc.
I remember at the time I was very "surprised" that anyone would be fishing the spot he was. I mean, I am not a "fair weather fisherman" by any stretch of the imagination. But I do draw the line. Some conditions and locations are just not worth any fish.
I know the spot he was fishing. I was there at the time and asked him if I spotted him on Bare Island. But it was not him and he said he fished Cape Banks...Then we got talking about kelpie pups because I mentioned I was there walking my kelpie out to Little Congwong Beach...
Then suddenly, no further reply from him.
I just hope it is not what it looks like...There are heaps of kelpie and collie pups around at the moment, that is what made me look for him...But it looks like he is not with us anymore, except for in our memories...

I think you might have deleted the topic yourself. I kinda remember that you were gonna delete the topic because he didn't respond anymore.

Hey Booyah
I don't know about everyone else, but I am alright How have you been ?
Looks like you are doing OK. Is that a Honda VTX 1300S ? Looks good. You could put a trailer on the back ! Haha, you think I am joking don't you? You could get one of those bike trailers and easy carry a 12 foot inflatable.
I think the non-responder might not be with us anymore. I am not sure but I think Mark might be right. I think I might have deleted the topic because at the time it was the right thing to do. I seem to remember thinking he might have fallen down that cliff. But there are so many kelpie and collie pups around...there must have been nothing worth watching on K9TV 6 months ago !! Anyway, today it might sound a bit insensitive not to remember, but at the time I might have deleted the topic out of respect. Seeing so many puppies around made me think of him.

This bike seems to be very popular around the world. I see Brits and Aussies and Germans
On the internet with them......its got plenty of grunt.......no doubt it would pull a trailer easy and I thought about it already. But more for travelling long distance. Although the inflatable like a small zodiac or achilles probably wouldnt hurt anything and would be fun too. I just thought Id check in
You guys behave over there now! Tell the Mark I said hey!

Hey booyah,
good to hear from ya. Looks like you're doing great.
That's one fine bike you got there. I used to ride a Suzuki intruder.
Those V-twins are super fun to ride.
How about getting into drone fishing instead of trying to tow a boat with your bike
Have you seen my recent post about drone fishing?
https://www.fishingreminder.com/fishing-talk/4-fishing-talk/3603-drone-fishing-for-snapper--first-success
I think drone fishing and biking are made for each other.
Pack the drone and a telescopic fishing rod into a saddle bag and take a ride to a nice remote beach and off you go.
Double fun.
hope you had a great 4th of July there.
cheers

hey itsaboat,
hope you don't mind - I fixed up that missing image for you.
Downloaded the photo from photo bucket and put it into your OP.
Now you can relax and throw that old hard drive away.

Haha...
That is one handsome...T-shirt not to mention the good looking model *cough*...
I don't mind. Thanks I did have a look today, and I am sure the original is on "that" hard drive.
No hurry. I can wait, One day a suitable doner drive will come my way. There is to much on it to give up and throw it away. But there is not enough on it to pay a $1,000 or more for a recovery.
Actually...I used one of my little Sony cameras for that photo...I might be able to do an "un-delete" of the Memory Stick...and I thought it was going to be a quiet rainy weekend

Mark T!
Great to hear from the Boat and You! I am not up to speed on drone fishing....I could barely haul in the huge fish I was catching into the old tub.....so I would probably need a large helicopter to catch the fish I usually catch.......too expensive. Although you can get to the beach really fast. If you believe that.......Ive got some property under Aires Rock to sell........cheap! I have thought about building a small bike trailer so I could take along some creature comfort items on longer trips.
Anyway I am shore fishing now untill I get a kayak or something I can throw into the back of the truck. You blokes take it easy over (down) there and stay busy reducing the fish population.
