When generation begins at West Point Dam, if you can catch the water rising, you can catch as many fish as you want in the tail races in the shoal beds.

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

No problem.
Most of my success has came from casting top water plugs into the tail races.
The largest know hybrid caught in my area was around 24lbs.
